Volunteer Opportunities at Humane Society of PinellasCLEARWATER - The Humane Society of Pinellas is a non-profit animal shelter seeking adult volunteers to learn open Paw ™ (positive reinforcement training methods), interact with the canines and share these methods with the public. The training is conducted by a professional dog trainer and free to volunteers. Opportunities exist for particular shifts on weekdays as well as weekends. Animal lovers will enjoy an opportunity to join the first shelter in the Southeast to implement Open Paw while playing an important role in saving homeless pets and increasing their adoptability.
