“Living Shells of the Caribbean” is Program for Shell Club Meeting

Suncoast Conchologists Shell Club members will hear Robert Lipe present his program “Living Shells of the Caribbean” at its January 6th meeting in Clearwater. The program is a collection of the “best-of-the-best” photographs that Lipe has taken over the past 40 years on many trips to islands such as Aruba, Granada, St. Vincent and many other Caribbean habitats. Many of these photographs have appeared in various books relating to sea shells and malacology.

Lipe is a resident of Seminole and is a member of the Suncoast Conchologists Shell Club which meets at 7:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Trinity Presbyterian Church, located at the corner of Rainbow Drive and Hercules in Clearwater. Following the presentation will be a short business meeting and refreshments. All are welcome to attend. For more information call (727) 796-4117.
