The Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art Hosts Little Black Dress Night (Pants Welcome)

TARPON SPRINGS – The Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art will host a Little Black Dress Night (pants welcome) social event in support of the museum’s educational programs. All are welcome to come and enjoy the evening, cocktail or business attire is appropriate. Little Black Dress Night will be held on Friday, Jan 23rd from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Museum’s Interactive Gallery. The cost is $15 per person, which may be applied to a membership purchased during the event. Light appetizers accompanied by wine and soft drinks will be served; two drink tickets are included with admission. There will be a drawing for a dinner package gift certificate at the end of the evening.

To help promote local businesses, the Museum will provide a limited number of tables to be used to display brochures or business cards in the Museum Lobby.   To be added to the reservation list please call (727) 712-5222 or Newton.leslie@spcollege.edu, by Wednesday January 21st; occupancy is limited.

The exhibitions on view will be It’s a Dog’s Life: Photographs by William Wegman from the Polaroid Collection and Sanctuary: Anna Tomczak Photography circulated by the Museum of Florida Art, Deland.  

The Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art is located just west of U.S. Highway 19 at 600 Klosterman Road, on the Tarpon Springs Campus of St. Petersburg College.  Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, with extended hours until 9 p.m. on Thursday. Sunday hours are from 1-5 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and free to children and students with ID. Sunday admission is free and docent tours are offered at 2 p.m.  The Museum is closed on Mondays and major holidays.  Please call ahead for information or directions (727) 712-5762
