Town of Belleair Sells Lot to Biltmore ConstructionBy Bill LopezTOWN of BELLEAIR - The city council in the Town of Belleair approved the sale of a vacant lot to Biltmore Construction Company at the town's council meeting Tuesday. Biltmore Construction has commercial property at Belleair Avenue and Ponce de Leon and the city owes a 4,100 square foot parcel adjacent to the Biltmore property. The city will receive approximately $32,000 for the property that Biltmore plans to use for parking. |
