Man Arrested for Lewd and Lascivious MolestationJosue Jimenez, (H/M DOB 2-15-87), 2690 Drew Street #625, Clearwater was arrested for Lewd & Lascivious Molestation on a 12 year-old-female (Victim). The crime occurred on January 13. The suspect was located and arrested on January 16, 2009. The crime occurred at a private residence in Clearwater. On January 13, 2009, the suspect followed two juvenile girls home from their school bus stop. The suspect approached the girls when they arrived at the front door of their apartment. The suspect committed a lewd & lascivious molestation on one of the girls, while the second girl ran for help. After the suspect fled, the victim’s mother arrived home and reported the incident to the Clearwater Police Department. Detectives were able to identify Josue Jimenez as the suspect. He was located and arrested by detectives on January 16.
