Marion, Indiana High School Alumni to Hold Reunion MeetingThe group has scheduled Thursday, March 5th , for this year’s meeting. The event will be held at Stacey’s Buffet, 1451 Missouri Ave. N., from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. - pay at the door. Alumni and friends of the Marion, Indiana High School have been meeting at Stacey’s Buffet for over 30 years on an annual basis. Eugene Hairston will speak about his life on the streets, dealing drugs, Vietnam War, jail and now a successful life with the U.S. Government. The speaker has told his life’s details to Susan Adger who has written and published a book, A Quiet Voice about Hairston’s life. She will accompany him to the meeting. Individuals related to the town of Marion, Indiana, (or Indiana in general) are welcome to attend the luncheon and fellowship whether they graduated or attended the high school.
