That's Cathy Kindle of the club's ways and means committee looking on at back. The club, which is affiliated with the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, is currently seeking new members. Meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. the third Wednesday of each month, September through May, at the Dunedin Public Library. A tip of the hat to Josue Cordero, City of Clearwater's "Employee of the Month" for February ... Applause, please, for Rosaire Cote and Doreen McGrath, who teamed up to take first place in the recent West Coast Amateur Doubles Tournament at the Clearwater Shuffleboard Club. Robert Weber and Doug Reid came in second. The team of Jay Lancaster and Jim Ramsey finished in third place ... Congrats and best wishes go to the following couples who recently celebrated wedding anniversaries: Bill and Joanne Hayes, Kurt and Laurie Kalivoda, Jay and Teresa Ozbun, Joshua and Mabel Goldsmith, Neil and Betty Lloyd, George and Esther Wilson, Jeff and Joanie Falk ... A little bird told us that Molly McCoy, Linda Cowart, Taylor Gorken, Betty Gentry, Kathy Gunderman, Cindy Greene, Marilyn Romanko, Judith Haley, Howard Green, Katie Kopp, Terry Little and April Adams had birthdays earlier this month ... Did you know Maegan Hackett, Maxine Lee, Callie Raymond, Lacey Raymond, Connie McGinnis, Marianne Hallas and John Anderson are among those turning a year older today, February 26? ... In the coming week, friends and relatives will be singing "Happy Birthday" to The Rev. Buzz Rabatin, Shirley Earle, Karen Brown, Bill King, Steven Howry, Helga Andrews, Chase Burwell, Amy Fogelman, Chris Brown, Lauren Hill, Audrey Hamm and Janice Negley ... The Pinellas County 4-H Foundation has scheduled its Centennial Celebration & Fundraising Dinner the evening of March 13. Proceeds will benefit the Pinellas County 4-H Youth Development Program.
