
Non-Trivial Continues at Chapel-By-The-SeaChapel-By-The-Sea’s series of “Non-Trivial Pursuits” features “Histories of the Jewish People of Pinellas County, Florida – 1883-2005” on Monday, March 2, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. Dr. Hank Korean, author of eight previous books will be here to discuss his latest work, Histories of the Jewish People of Pinellas County, FL – 1883-2005. He will share stories of the “Jewish people who arrived in America from colonial times on, how they arrived here, what they did, who they were, why they came, when they came, where they settled, and the results of their being here.” Dr. Koren will also be bringing copies of his book, which he will be selling for $50. The copyright of this book has been donated to Temple B’nai Israel of Clearwater and the money is being used to pay the mortgage on the early childhood center.
