Learn About the History of Caladesi IslandCLEARWATER – The Clearwater Main Library will host a lecture and photo presentation about the book Yesteryear I Lived In Paradise, on Monday, March 9, 2 p.m. Terry Fortner will tell the story of her grandmother, Myrtle Betz, and what it was like for her to grow up on Caladesi Island at the turn of the century. Myrtle Betz wrote Yesteryear I Lived In Paradise at the age of 87. Terry Fortner will sign copies of the book at the program. The Clearwater Main Library is located at 100 N.
