Clearwater Police Arrest Ten “Johns” in Reverse Prostitution Operation Arrested #1: John Carey, DOB 1-10-35 Arrested #2: Robert Collins, DOB 11-26-63 Arrested #3: Jose Gomez, DOB 5-26-63 Arrested #4: Mayo Gonzalez-Flores, DOB 10-18-71 Arrested #5: Ronald Oldani, DOB 2-1-47 Arrested #6: Jose Quezada-Torres, DOB 4-28-86 Arrested #7: Pablo Rodriguez-Espiritu, DOB 1-15-73 Arrested #8: Mariano Rodriguez-Martinez, DOB 2-17-84 Arrested #9: John Rudman, DOB 6-17-70 Arrested #10: Delfino Panzo, DOB 8-3-79 Soliciting for Prostitution February 27 – February 28, from 3 p.m.to– 1 a.m. at various locations in the East Gateway area of Clearwater. East Gateway is located south of Drew Street and north of Court Street, east of Missouri Avenue and west of Highland Avenue. Clearwater Police conducted a reverse prostitution sting at various locations of the East Gateway area of Clearwater in an effort to reduce prostitution solicitation and activity. The operation primarily targeted “Johns” with officers posing as decoys. The following is a result of the sting: 10 - Soliciting Prostitution (Misdemeanor) 1 - Obstruction 1 - No Valid DL 2 - Warrants 6 - Vehicles Impounded
