Island Estates Woman’s Club Annual Luncheon Slated for St. Patrick’s Day

Social Hour will begin at 11 a.m. with the fashion show to follow at noon. A luncheon, your choice of Truffle Chicken or Shrimp Scampi including Salad, Green Beans Almondine, Mashed Potatoes and Key Lime Pie, will be served at 1 p.m. The theme for this year’s event will be “Spring into Green,” and guests are encouraged to wear their green to the event. La Boutique will provide the fashion to be worn by club member models, with make-up by Betty and Robin Furniss with Mary Kay. Ginny Donahue, on piano, will provide the music as the models walk down the runway. Deluxe themed gift baskets will be featured in the silent auction. Luncheon attendees will have an opportunity to purchase 50/50 tickets, raffle tickets through the morning. The cost for the luncheon and fashion show is $28.
