Julie Papalardo offers French country accents and décor at her cottage at Provence in Largo LARGO – Three Largo police officers managed traffic and safely crossed an estimated 500 shoppers searching for treasures Friday March 13 and Saturday March 14 at the 7th annual French Market at Julie’s Cottage at Provence & Periwinkles at the Cottage, 13128 Indian Rocks Rd., Largo. Julie Papalardo, owner said, "Our vendors outside were very happy with the attendance, especially on Saturday. We got rave reviews from the shoppers, which was very nice to hear, especially during these times. People came and left happy." Year 'round the cottages sell French Country and seasonal floral designs with home accents, gifts and a variety of candles and scents for the season. "We specialize in French country décor which evokes the colors of the French countryside--sunflower yellow, poppy red and French blue. All warm colors that make people happy."
