Tampa African Violet Society to MeetThe Tampa African Violet Society will meet at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 2, at the Ragan Community Center, 1200 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, with the installation of new officers. Mary Lou Harden, president; Therese Lynam, 1st vice president; Lynne Wilson, 2nd vice president; Joni Hartzler, treasurer; Lynne Wilson, night secretary; Pauline Dupre, day secretary; and Dottie Cesario, corresponding secretary. A plant raffle is held and growing tips offered. Visitors are always welcomed along with free admission and parking.
