E-mail sent to Largo Mayor and Commissioners Regarding Highland AvenueYou've already heard from me on this subject ... the Highland Avenue Redevelopment Project. I attended, with my husband, the informational meeting held at the Largo Library. After seeing all the drawings and maps and listening to city staff answering questions ever so politely, we have not changed our minds about this ridiculous notion of a round-about/traffic calming circle in the plan for Rosery Road and Highland Avenue, and for some of the other projected changes. And from the looks of things, most of the others in attendance feel the same way. There's so much to say about how wrong this plan is. Please look at this plan with a practical eye, not an artist's eye. Pat Howard Rec Admin
