Belleair Rotary to Host Wine TastingCLEARWATER – The Belleair Rotary Club will host a “Wine and Tapas Extravaganza” at the Clearwater Community Sailing Center, 1001 Gulf Blvd., from 6 – 8 p.m. on April 23.
