Palm Harbor Library Presents “Word to the Wise Lecture Series”Fibromyalgia Discussion ContinuesPALM HARBOR – Because of the interest expressed at last month’s meeting, Dr. Amar Patel will again talk about “Fibromyalgia” at the Palm Harbor Library’s “Word to the Wise” lecture series in May. He will speak on two different dates -- Tuesday, May 26, at 6 p.m. and again on Wednesday, May 27, at 2 p.m. Dr. Patel, a chiropractic specialist, will explain the neurological and physiological causes of this baffling disease and discuss winning techniques sufferers can use to improve their performance and eliminate risk of injury. He will help participants understand why they suffer chronic muscular pain, fatigue, and depression, and he will present non-drug solutions.
