"Rosie" Has Message to Relay at Greenfest

Rosie, the radio-controlled roseate spoonbill whose job is to teach young children not to litter and how litter affects the environment, is mechanized to move up and down, nod its head, turn its head from side to side and flap its wings. Keep Pinellas Beautiful, which is affiliated with Keep America Beautiful, is a non-profit volunteer based organization whose mission is the reduction of litter and marine debris, litter awareness education, promotion of recycling and beautification of our communities.
