Volunteers Are There for Callers In Need2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares is recruiting volunteers to work at its call center. Qualifications for the position include computer skills, ability to communicate in a non-judgmental manner and working well with a diverse population. Volunteers must be at least 18. Training and one hour of call monitoring are required.
