E-mail sent to Largo Mayor and CommissionersI live at the former Tugboatbay Apts., now called Oak Alley Apts., at 610 West Bay Dr. I have been living here for 17 years and been a Largo resident since 1970 . I keep hearing you want to buy and take our property away just to build condos - this is a ridiculous idea. You have former Eckerd's property, former Sonics property, and your former Stepping Stone property to build condos on. So, please stop trying to take our property away from us. The city needs to stop tearing and kicking out people like me that are on fixed incomes just so you can build high rises. It's bad enough you can't even keep businesses to stay here. So, please, Mayor and City Council, make a vote not to touch the property ever at 610 West Bay Dr. - Thomas Throckmorton
