Abilities Guild Celebrates Bastille DayOn July 14, 2009, Bastille Day, the Abilities Guild will celebrate the event at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa. They will be honoring their recently deceased past president, Mrs. Midge Coward who with her late husband vacationed for many years in the south of France and loved everything French - the country, the cuisine, the wines, the people. A seven course dinner party, each course accompanied by the appropriate French wine, will be prepared and served under the direction of Mr. Francois Deforge, the Food and Beverage Director at the Resort who is also a native of France with a French culinary background.. The Republic National Distribution Company will be working with Deforge on the wine selections. Cost per person is $75 all inclusive. Anyone attending the dinner and wishing to stay at the Resort that night may do so at the reduced rate of $79 per person (plus tax) and should call the Resort at 727-726-1161. If you plan to stay, you will pay the Resort separately.
