Senior Learning Council to Hold Reverse Mortgage SeminarPALM HARBOR - A free seminar for seniors will be presented at the Palm Harbor Public Library, 2330 Nebraska Ave. on Tuesday, July 21st, at 10 a.m. The seminar is designed to inform those who are considering whether or not a reverse mortgage is a good fit for their retirement needs and wants. Topics will include the effects of the stimulus package on the program, the pros and cons of reverse mortgages, what the requirements are and the associated costs.
