"Mad Scientist" is Youth Recycling Project

He's made of cardboard, egg crates, Styrofoam and other recycled materials. His "hair" is a bunch of plastic bags. The "Mad Scientist" that welcomes children to the Youth Services Department at the Clearwater Main Library is the result of a "recycling" art project conducted by Youth Services librarian David Lane a while back.
