Local Resident Graduates from Maryland Institute College of ArtBALTIMORE, MD - Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) announces that Shelby Aerin Silvernell of Palm Harbor graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography. Silvernell participated in MICA's Commencement ceremony on Monday, May 18. She is the child of Donald Silvernell and Kerri Silvernell.
