
Teens Earn High School Credits and Scholarships for VolunteeringThe North Pinellas Junior Civitan Club is on its way. Serious community minded teens attended the recent information session, eager to help meet needs in our community, earn high school credits towards graduation, apply for Civitan scholarships and have fun. More applications are being accepted at the next information presentation Saturday, August 22nd, 10:30 a.m. in the Safety Harbor Library. Junior Civitan Clubs choose what needs to meet, projects to do and how to fundraise. Florida has 31 Junior Civitan Clubs, joining the 360 clubs across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
