Just ride through the Keene Park Subdivision and see all the lawns that are not being mowed (above 12 inches). Also the cars parked blocking the sidewalks for pedestrians and all the boats and vehicles parked illegally. The people that speed down Keene Park Drive and that DO NOT STOP at STOP SIGNS. Writing citations could produce lots of revenue. Code enforcement and the Police would get writers cramps. David Pachucki
