Email to Largo Mayor and Commissioners - Petitions to Save the Nature Preserve and Bonner ParkMy family, friends, and I have spent hours outside gathering signatures for a petition to keep Bonner Park as well as the Nature Preserve open and maintained for public use. The citizens that we've spoken to while gathering these signatures are very passionate about both of these parks, and wish that they be kept maintained and open. I have also received email addresses of citizens that are willing to volunteer if necessary (myself included). Please disburse these signatures to the necessary managers and decision-makers of the city. We urge you to please reconsider the proposed budget cuts that may close these two parks. We sincerely appreciate your consideration for the citizens, families, and friends of Largo that enjoy the Nature Preserve and Bonner Park.
