Will the Girls Win More Medals Then the Boys at the 2008 National Senior Games?

PINELLAS COUNTY - Florida State is sending 14 of their top table tennis players to represent Florida at the 2009 National Senior Games held at the Stanford University in San Francisco, CA.

Eight of the players are the renowned "Golden Girls" of the Sunrise Table tennis Club, STTC, who have predicted they will win more medals then the STTC Ironman. The Ironmen, who have always lost the on-going medal count race, have pledged themselves to a "do or die" effort to win. The Golden Girls response; "to find out the medal race outcome, read the obituary."

The Golden Girls, (pictured above from left to right are), Nahed Williams, Sari Kisbany, Jan Cline, Sadako Tobias, Margo Lindsay, Iroman Al Palumbo, Nancy Dorsey and Suzanne Noe. The other Ironmen, who are too ugly to have their picture showed with the Golden Girls are: Jose Borges, Joe Cincotta, Ralph Gragg, Ray Look, and Perfecto Ramos
