Support Group networks are a major vehicle for disseminating information and making resources available to assist people with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers. Group meetings help persons with PD, caregivers and families to foster self-empowerment and coping skills in a non-judgmental and encouraging atmosphere. This group will provide information about PD as well as physical, occupational and speech exercises and the opportunity to socialize with other members.
