Florida Voices for Animals Fundraising Event SlatedThis year, you can get your dog and car washed while you wait. Fifty percent (50%) of the proceeds will benefit Florida Voices for Animals (FVA) and 50% will be donated to the Horse Protection Association of Florida (HPAF). The amount of neglected or abused horses and horses whose owners can no longer afford to feed them has exploded recently and your donations make it possible for the Horse Protection Association of Florida to continue the work of protecting and saving horses. The Dog Wash and Car Wash will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., September 12, at Rollin' Oats Market & Café, 1021 N. MacDill Ave., Tampa. For additional information call 813-873-7428.
