Clearwater Library Foundation to Host Annual Jazz Soirée
On Saturday evening, October 17, the Clearwater Library Foundation will host its 6th annual Jazz Soirée. Guests listen to the sounds of smooth jazz from Clearwater's Jazz Holiday, while enjoying cool breezes on the Main Library's West Terrace, along with the spectacular views from the Roof Top Terrace. Admission prices include a wonderful array of local fare, with a full cash bar. This year E & E Stakeout Grill, RUMBA Island Bar & Grill, Walt's Seasonal Cuisine, Clear Sky Beachside Cafe and Incredible Edibles will be the local restaurants providing a New Orleans style fare. Added to the ambiance of the evening, this year's Soirée will feature a live TV feed from the stage in Coachman Park to flat screen TV's along the West Terrace and in the Atrium of the Main Library. Valet parking is also available. Soirée's sponsors are Think Tank Studio -Schoenau Advertising, Robert C. Dickinson III, PA, Charles Melges - CQM, and Rowland and Kathy Milam All proceeds from this event go to support the programs of the Clearwater Library Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The Foundation provides funds for enhancements to programming, services and collections of Clearwater Public Library System. To date they have raised over 4 million dollars for the Library System.
