Senior Learning Council to Present Reverse Mortgage Seminars Educational seminars for seniors will be presented at several locations during the months of October and November. These seminars are designed to inform seniors who are considering whether or not a reverse mortgage is a good fit for their retirement needs and wants. Topics will include the effects of the stimulus package on the program, the pros and cons of reverse mortgages, what the requirements are and the associated costs. Information will also be provided regarding recent changes in the program affecting condominiums, loan comparisons and amortization. These events are free to the public and sponsored by the Senior Learning Council, Inc. a Florida Not for Profit corporation.
