Support for Women Facing Breast CancerA team of health care professionals specializing in breast cancer hold monthly orientation sessions for women who have been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. The Basics About Breast Cancer: An Orientation Program for Patients cover topics including treatment options, nutrition, home health services, wellness, lymphedema discussions, breast anatomy discussions and more. The session is designed to better prepare women who are about to undergo treatment for breast cancer and give them the knowledge and awareness to empower them for the journey through recovery.
