Public Hearing Regarding Clearwater City Marina Property Reverter Clause SlatedRepresentative Jim Frishe, in keeping with a promise made regarding a proposed local bill, is holding a Public Hearing to take comments regarding the alteration of a portion of the reverter clause on properties encompassing the Clearwater City Marina property. The Representative made a promise last year (when originally asked to file the local bill) that before he would file a local bill on altering a portion of the reverter clause, he would hold a public hearing where all interested Clearwater citizens could learn about the bill and share their views. This hearing keeps the promise. Representative Frishe said "this hearing will provide the opportunity to hear what is actually being proposed and allow the citizens of Clearwater to have input into the process". The hearing will be held October 26, 2009 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Clearwater City Council Chambers located at 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
