United Flying Octogenarians to MeetThe United Flying Octogenarians (UFO) organization is holding its Annual National Meeting on November 6 at 12:00 at the Marriott Waterside Hotel, 700 South Florida Avenue, Tampa. UFO President, Alan Blair, MD, will conduct the meeting. The United Flying Octogenarians is a group of active pilots, 80 years old or older. All kind of experiences are represented. There are former military pilots, former airline pilots, former business pilots, flight instructors, general aviation pilots and even some freshly minted private pilots in the group. A good number of the over 600 members are expected to attend. An interesting part of the agenda is when these over 80 year old pilots relate their experiences.
