Upper Pinellas African Violet Society to Hold Plant SaleThe Upper Pinellas African Violet Society will hold a plant sale Friday, November 6 and Saturday the 7th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. The event will be held at St. Matthias Lutheran Church, 2751 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater (just east of US 19). There will be many varieties of flowering African violets, starter plants, leaves and the other gesneriads. UPAVS has one of the largest selections in Florida of African violet-related supplies for sale. There will be members on hand to answer questions on growing violets and the other gesneriads beautifully. Bring in your problem plants and you will be helped.
