Delta Gammas Gather for 50th Anniversary Celebration

Members of the Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter of Clearwater gathered at the home of Joan Bates on November 7 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the chapter. The group, which is dedicated to the preservation of sight and work with the blind, holds bi-annual events to raise monies for its charity work in the community. Lighthouse of Pinellas and Southeastern Guide Dogs, Inc. are among the organizations Delta Gamma has supported and worked with over the years. Members also serve as mentors for the collegiate chapters at the University of Tampa and University of South Florida.
