Emeritus at Dunedin, located in Dunedin, will host a Lunch & Learn Event with Dr. Michael Risoldi as the featured speaker on Tuesday, December 1st.
Dr. Risoldi provides healthy eating tips (he suggests avoiding eating eggplant if you have arthritis and why adding blueberries regularly helps), stress management tips, and weight loss tips, in this enjoyable and entertaining program.
A frequent speaker at corporate events, Dr. Risoldi often speaks about reducing at risk health issues in workplace and leisure activities. He recently spoke at the corporate offices of Ocean Optics in Dunedin, at Plasma Therm in Clearwater, and he conducts wellness workshops throughout the Tampa Bay area.
