National Active and Retired Federal Employees to Host Christmas/Holiday Luncheon and MeetingAll Federal retirees and active Federal employees are encouraged to attend an upcoming meeting of NARFE Chapter 1140 that includes St. Petersburg and the Gulf Beaches. The December meeting is being held on Wednesday, December 16, at 11:30 a.m. at the Fountains of Boca Ciega Bay, 1255 S. Pasadena Avenue in South Pasadena in the Key West Dining Room. The cost for lunch is only $5 and spouses and guests are welcomed. There will be a discussion of up-to-date issues particularly relevant for active and retired Federal employees. This will be a Christmas/Holiday Luncheon and Celebration with installation of newly NARFE elected officers for 2010. Bring an unwrapped gift for Toys for Tots or another needy organization.
