Winter Break Soccer Camp, Monday-Thursday, December 28st-31th, Ages 7-14
The Belleair Recreation Department will be hosting a Winter Break Soccer Camp put on by Gulf Coast United and Jimmy McDonald. Full day and half day openings available.
Mad Science Camp, Monday-Thursday, December 28st-31th, 9am-4 pm, Ages 6-12
Join for another fun and exciting Mad Science Camp. Predator or Prey; which will you be? In the new Nature camp, you will learn how birds and beasts catch their prey without becoming someone else's lunch. You will then be challenged to survive in the "Food Chain Survival" game. You will also discover what Mr. Owl had on his dinner plate during the famous owl pellet dissection, build a bird house to take home and make your own seed mixture to attract your favorite birds. In our Shutterbugs session explore the use of light and take a cool kaleidoscope with mirrors. Apply your skills to make a take home camera that will help you understand how cameras work.
