January Orchid Society Meeting SlatedThe Florida West Coast Orchid Society will hold their monthly meeting, on the second Thursday of the month, January 14th, at the Pinellas County Cooperative Extension (Botanical Gardens), 12175 125th St N, Largo. An educational class with Michael Polin will be held at 7:00 p.m., with a short meeting at 7:30 p.m. followed by a presentation from Francisco Miranda on Brazilian Orchids. An orchid sale, raffle, and refreshments follow. Visitors are welcome. Admission and parking are free.
