Yaughthaven Estates -E-mail Sent To Largo Mayor And CommissionersHello, I live in Yaughthaven Estates and I have a vision for this area of Largo. It is concerning Larboard Lane, and possibly the other streets in Yaughthaven Estates. I believe this quaint community nestled between Bonner Park and George McGough City Parks could benefit the city, along with many of its visitors and residents. The marina at the end of Larboard Lane is presently being refurbished. This could be an entrance by water to eateries and a B&B lifestyle. Our little community here has everything within reach and would certainly be an asset to the community. I am requesting that the City of Largo take an open-minded look at the possibility of re-zoning this hidden and quaint area. I am confident the majority would support the vision.
