Municipal Code Enforcement Meeting ScheduledClearwater - The next meeting of the Municipal Code Enforcement will be held Wednesday, January 27th, at 3 p.m. Of particular interest to residents of South Clearwater Beach are the ten items concerning vacant properties owned by Mainstream Partners VIII Ltd. that are considered in "public nuisance condition". The aforementioned properties are located on Hamden and Coronado Drives. These unsightly properties are of concern to nearby business owners. Not only do some of the properties look as though they belong in a third world country, but they also tend to attract vagrants and discourage tourists from frequenting the area. Remember, some of these properties are located one block from the fabulous Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort, which is set to open February 1st.
