Chapel-By-The-Sea Hosts "State of the Media: Change and Opportunity" ProgramChapel-By-The-Sea continues its winter/spring series of "Non-Trivial Pursuits" on Monday, February 22nd, 7:30-9:00 p.m. with Dr. Robert Dardenne's program "State of the Media: Change and Opportunity." Current economic conditions and technological innovations have left traditional media scrambling to keep what they had and to adapt to a future they have had difficult envisioning. The press has long been seen as a source of solid information, but the traditional press faces a crisis of credibility in a new digital world in which people seemingly have more powers of expression than ever before.
