SPCA Tampa Bay Schedules Animal Behavior ClassThe SPCA Tampa Bay is offering a 1-hour All About The Leash class, February 18th at 6:30 p.m. This hands-on presentation will provide instruction to pet owners and their canine companions so they can walk with confidence and manners on a leash. The cost for this class is $10 for SPCA Tampa Bay adopters and $15 to the public. Dogs must have current rabies vaccinations to attend. The class will be held at 9099 130th Ave. N, Largo.
