The Palm Harbor Library Schedules Watercolor WorkshopPALM HARBOR - Attention, teens! If you are interested in art, like to paint and want to learn more, the Palm Harbor Library has a great opportunity for you. It will be hosting a course on the techniques of watercolor art. The class is a beginner course for ages 13-18, and will be held on three consecutive Thursdays, beginning March 11th. Registration for this three-week program is in-person only, and there is a $5.00 non-refundable materials fee due at the time of sign-up.
