A group of fourth graders prepares to break through one of the many banners created by fifth grade classes for the "Florida Writes" Pep Rally at Mildred Helms Elementary School in Largo on February 8. Youngsters in all grade levels gathered under the physical education shelter to cheer on the students who would be taking the FCAT writing examination the following day.
