Come Celebrate Clearwater Bomber DayYes, the Clearwater Bombers are really coming back to Clearwater! Not to play in another Men's Fast Pitch Softball Tournament, where the legendary team won 10 World Championships in past years, but instead to attend their 2nd annual Clearwater Bomber reunion on Saturday, March 13th. This event will be held at the Historic Plumb House Museum, 1380 South Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Clearwater. In recognition of this historic event, Mayor Frank Hibbard and the City of Clearwater City Council are, on March 4th, presenting the Clearwater Historical Society (sponsors of the event), with a proclamation declaring March 13, 2010 as Clearwater Bomber Day. The public is invited to the reunion day activity, which will take place from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Admission and parking are free.
