Safety Harbor Public Library Schedules Program

Safety Harbor Public Library presents Health, Exercise, Proper Food Selection and Body Composition Results: Why and How They are Connected by Ashleigh Gass, BSc, CSCS, MSc (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Medical Exercise Specialist) on Thursday, April 1, at 6:30 pm. The discussion will cover the importance of food choices and exercise selection for health and optimal body composition and key concepts necessary for you to reach your health goals. Reservations are not required.
