Beach Art Center Hosts "Beauty and the Beach"The Beach Art Center, in collaboration with various Indian Rocks Beach city organizations, including: IRB Rotary Club, IRB Homeowners Association, Action 2000, and the City of IRB; will host its annual Beauty and the Beach Fine Arts and Crafts Festival and Chalk Walk on Saturday, April 3. Attendees will enjoy a citywide celebration, including a Rotary Club pancake breakfast at the Beach Art Center, a running event, food from local restaurants, and great arts and crafts from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on April 3rd. Talented artists and craftsmen from our area and beyond will show works in drawing, painting, pottery, glass, jewelry and more in beautiful Kolb Park. The Beach Art Center will be offering art making demonstrations and children's art activities. The Beach Art Center will once again, for the 8th year, transform Bay Palm Boulevard into a collection of beautiful chalk paintings created by local artists and families. The Kelly Mettling Band will be playing live; and hamburgers, brats, and more will be available. Beauty and the Beach is a fundraising event for the Beach Art Center.
