Countryside Library Hosts Florida Friendly Landscaping ProgramCLEARWATER - Countryside Library will host the Florida Friendly Landscaping Program on Tuesday, March 30, at 2:00 p.m. Attendees will learn the secrets to an attractive landscape that is suited to Florida's environment. Join Dale Armstrong from the Pinellas County UF/IFAS Extension's Florida Yards and Neighborhoods Program for this informative class about Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ Principles. Before and after photos of landscapes that have been converted to Florida-friendly will be shown and discussed. Attendees will also learn about crops that will withstand freezing temperatures.
